Return Policy – PIDJAY Store
At PIDJAY, we want you to have an amazing experience with our products. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
📦 Return Conditions
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be:
Unused;
Unwashed;
In their original packaging with tags attached;
In perfect condition.
Please note: Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
🔁 How to Request a Return
1. Send an email to info@pidjayoriginals.com with the subject “Return Request - [Order Number]”.
2. In the email, please include:
Your full name;
The item(s) you wish to return;
Reason for return (optional, but it helps us improve!).
Order number;
3. Our team will get back to you with instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method:
Credit card: Refund will appear on your statement (timing may vary by provider);
❗ Defective Products
If you received a defective item, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us at info@pidjayoriginals.com with photos and a brief description of the issue. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
