1. Which payment methods do you accept? PayPal.
2. Is PidjayOriginal.com secure? Absolutely. We use TLS 1.3 encryption and PCI‑DSS compliant payment gateways. Your card data never touches our servers.
3. How long does shipping take? U.S. Standard: 3‑6 business days (USPS Ground Advantage). U.S. Expedited: 1‑3 business days (UPS 2nd Day Air). PO Box and APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS only.
4. Do you ship internationally? Yes—DHL Express or USPS Priority International, 5‑12 business days. Duties/taxes are calculated at checkout for most destinations (DDP).
5. How can I track my order? The moment your parcel leaves our warehouse you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into My Account › Orders anytime.
6. How do I start a return or exchange? Email info@pidjayoriginal.com with your order number and reason. We’ll send you a prepaid USPS label within 24 hrs. Print, drop off, done.
7. I received the wrong or a damaged item—what now? So sorry! Send photos plus your order number to info@pidjayoriginal.com and we’ll ship a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
8. How do promo codes work? Enter the code at payment. Only one code per order. Some codes require a minimum spend or have an expiration date.
