1. Which payment methods do you accept? | PayPal. |
2. Is PidjayOriginal.com secure? | Absolutely. We use TLS 1.3 encryption and PCI‑DSS compliant payment gateways. Your card data never touches our servers. |
3. How long does shipping take? | U.S. Standard: 3‑6 business days (USPS Ground Advantage). U.S. Expedited: 1‑3 business days (UPS 2nd Day Air). PO Box and APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS only. |
4. Do you ship internationally? | Yes—DHL Express or USPS Priority International, 5‑12 business days. Duties/taxes are calculated at checkout for most destinations (DDP). |
5. How can I track my order? | The moment your parcel leaves our warehouse you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into My Account › Orders anytime. |
6. How do I start a return or exchange? | Email info@pidjayoriginal.com with your order number and reason. We’ll send you a prepaid USPS label within 24 hrs. Print, drop off, done. |
7. I received the wrong or a damaged item—what now? | So sorry! Send photos plus your order number to info@pidjayoriginal.com and we’ll ship a replacement or issue a full refund right away. |
8. How do promo codes work? | Enter the code at payment. Only one code per order. Some codes require a minimum spend or have an expiration date. |
9. Do you offer wholesale? | We do. Email info@pidjayoriginal.com with subject “Wholesale Inquiry” and include your resale certificate and expected volumes. |
10. Garment care instructions? | Cold gentle wash, mild detergent, tumble dry low or hang to dry. No bleach. Full care info is on the inner label. |
